本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了蓮(藕蓮、籽蓮，Nelumbo uci feraGaertn )、茭白(Zizanialatifolia(Griseb.)Stapf)、芋(Colocasia esculenta (L.)Schoot)、荸薺（Heleocharis duIcis (Burm.f.) Trin ExHensch.)、慈姑（Sagit taria trifolia L. var. sinensis(Sims)Makino)、菱(Trapa spp. ) 、芡實(shí)(Euryale ferox Salisb.)、莼菜(Braseni a schreberi J. F. Gmel)、豆瓣菜(西洋菜，Nasturtiuaofficinale R. Br.)、水芹（Oenanthe decumbens(Thunb)K.Pol)及藤薤（Ipomoea aquatica Forsk)等水生蔬菜種子的質(zhì)量要求、檢驗(yàn)方法和檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于湖北地區(qū)生產(chǎn)和銷售的水生蔬菜種子。其他地區(qū)可參考使用。
